It doesn't matter if choosing a value from the drop down menu in the "Video Format" section of the options window or if setting an individual size. The export only works with standard size 720x576 from a PAL project. This behavior is different from the 8.x, 9.x versions. There it was possible to change the size for Avid Codec exports.
